1. Non-Refundable Services
Once our cloud computing services (including VPS, RDPs, cloud servers, etc.) are created and delivered to you, they are non-refundable. This includes any services that have been activated or provisioned for you.
2. Service Shutdowns
In the event that your service is shut down before the duration or timeline of the purchase, we will replace it within 3 to 5 business days. If the replacement is not possible within this period, we will issue a refund for the remaining service duration.
3. Refund Eligibility for Cancellations
Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:
- If a VPS has not been created for the user, and the order is canceled before the VPS order confirmation is processed, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds for such cancellations will be processed and issued within 5 to 7 business days.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Order number or service details
- Reason for cancellation or refund request
5. Refund Process
Once your refund request is verified and eligible, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
